I take on board your recommendation regarding Microsoft Teams, but at times you also need Zoom if someone outside of work is running a webinar. The operating system advice suggests that I've missed a recent update that might have updated the drivers. How do I trigger a system update?
I followed the link to the Micros0ft Answers and found that this issue is extremely common and dates back to ! Yet Microsoft hasn't produced a definitive answer! The initial advice seemed rather complicated - fortunately, I first read through many responses to it, and it appears to cause problems rather than solving the original one.
